Notificare x Spaaza

We’re happy to announce a new Spaaza communication connection for Notificare that is now available to all our customers, as part of our standard solution.

With this standard connection Spaaza customers who are also using Notificare will be able to easily set up hyper-relevant communication journeys tied to incentive marketing campaigns in Spaaza.

About Notificare

Notificare, provides hyper-personal, one-to-one customer communication that’s more relevant to consumers and therefore more effective. In particular they specialise in push notifications and in-app messaging.

We’re big fans of their powerful, but easy-to-use, product and their developer tools which has made connecting with their platform a breeze. Like Spaaza, Notificare are based in the Netherlands but work with companies around the world.

What does this connection allow you to do?

Spaaza’s incentive marketing platform allows brands to change the behaviour of their customers, employees and influencers by using the power of incentives. This Notificare connection will allow brands to automatically notify someone when an incentive has been issued or when it may be about to expire.

Some examples:

• You create a campaign in Spaaza where you will plant a tree for every VIP customer who spends more than €100 on jeans in a certain month. When the certificate for the tree is issued you can automatically trigger a push notification with Notificare to let the customer know.
• You create a referral program in Spaaza to encourage influencers to invite their followers to create an account. You can send the influencer a push notification with Notificare automatically every time a follower signs up
• When customers reach the required number of points and move to the gold status level you can configure a message to be sent to them to congratulate them and let them know what extra benefits they have unlocked
• You can automatically trigger a notification to alert someone that their voucher is about to expire in less than a week (PS personalised voucher expiry messages like this are a great way to generate some extra sales)
